1. North America: Orders addressed to continental United States, Canada & Mexico are shipped UPS ground and take between 6 to 9 business days to arrive. Hawaii/Alaska shipments are shipped via UPS 3 day air and are subject to additional ship fees. Some remote and far northern parts of Canada may be subject to these same charges. Please email or call for a ship quote on this service
2. International Customers: Overseas shipments are shipped UPS 3 day air and usually take 3-9 business days for delivery. Please email us with details for your shipment and destination address including the zip code so we may provide you with an accurate shipping quote on you order.
3. Expedited/Express Shipping: These shipping services are available for an additional fee. Expidited is normally 2-3 days delivery time. Express is overnight. Email us with destination address for a ship quote.
4. Change of Address Fee: Please ensure that the shipping address that you provide contains accurtate information, including zip code and telephone number. In the event a shipment is sent to an incorrect address due to an error at our end, we will have the shipment re-routed at our expense. However, if the address we recieved on the order form is incorrect, then all fees billed by UPS for redirection or re-shipment of the package will be passed on to you, the customer. UPS will impose a charge of $6.95 for a standard address correction and package redirection. If the shipment cannot be re-routed and it lands back at our warehouse, UPS charges a return shipping fee which is the same as the original shipping fee.
5. Ship Rates: Shipping rates for continental North America are as posted on each item in our catalog. Our ship rates are fixed per item for any destination in North America and include all additional fuel surcharges. We cannot be responsible for any state or federal tax, customs, brokerage, duties or other government fees that may apply to the shipment, nor do we collect these fees for any of the parties listed above. Orders of 8 or more items shipped to the same address may be eligible for a shipping discount. Please email us with the particulars of your order for a custom shipping quote.
6. Cancellation policy: If for some reason you wish to cancel your order, it may happen in two different ways. If cancellation is recieved by us in time to stop the shipment of your order then your charge account will be credited with the full value of your order including the prepaid shipping charges. If we do not get the cancellation in time, and your order has been shipped, we will make every effort to inform you of that by answering your cancellation e-mail in order to let you know what is happening. You may still choose to cancel the order. However, upon reciept of the shipment, do not open the package. You will need to return the merchandice as you recieved it (in the original packaging) at your expense to our supplier at the address listed below. Upon reciept of the returned package, your account will be credited with the amount of the original sale less all shipping costs. You will also be subject to a standard 5% restocking fee.
7. Returns: If you wish to return an item we will refund you the purchase price of the order less the original shipping costs. Returns must be requested by e-mail within 15 days of reciept of the merchandise and are subject to the same 5% restocking charge as a cancellation. All merchandice must be returned in original factory condition, including packaging materials, inserts, hardware packs and manuals. All shipping costs for the return shipment will be to you the customer as well.
